Jenni Anderson
Jenni is Chief Executive at The Talent Foundry, a national social mobility charity working in education to support young people discover what they are amazing at.
Jenni has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years in consulting and leadership roles at national and local organisations including the Invictus Games Foundation, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Haven House Children’s Hospice and The Scout Association. Her earlier career was in communications.
Jenni has been a Trustee at AEF since 2016 and holds an MSc in Charity Accounting & Financial Management from Bayes Business School.
Jenni enjoys all sports and has tried most of them at least once. Being afraid of water she learnt to swim very late in life which opened up the world of triathlon and has subsequently represented the GB age group team in Duathlon. Jenni believes there is a sport for everyone.
