Jenni is founder of Avyze, a consultancy supporting voluntary organisations develop their income and engagement strategies. Jenni has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years and has been a director of fundraising and marketing at national and local organisations including the Invictus Games Foundation, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Haven House Children’s Hospice and The Scout Association. Prior to moving into income generation she specialised in strategic communications. She helps organisations to diversify their income and service delivery through improved governance, income generation and strategy development.
She holds an MSc in Charity Accounting & Financial Management from Cass Business School.
Jenni enjoys all sports and has tried most of them at least once. Being afraid of water she only learnt to swim a few years ago which opened up the world of triathlon and has subsequently represented the GB age group team in Duathlon. Jenni believes there is a sport for everyone regardless of your ability.
